Hotel Murmeli - Philosophy

When a starry sky begins,           gourmet fairy-tales are

whipped up.


Preparations start as early as summer, when the head chef

goes looking for mushrooms in

the neighbouring forest. He already has the ravioli for the winter season in mind.

In a winter night, the home-made pasta specialties are then filled and served affectionately.

food’s natural flavour is the most important aspect for head chef Wolfgang Strauss.
